all buttons to be moved so window can be tall & narrow for use on wide screens as a side bar.
Previously I would have bdule running in the right of the window as a tall narrow bar. with the new update the "change Layout" etc buttons mandate the minimum width of the window. if you could allow that bar to be moved or turned of it would resolve the issue.

It would be great if all buttons could be on a same line, we could gain 1 extra line of twitt or other !
